As my organisation will be celebrating its first year annual day, as an HR Admin i have been assigned to come out with new innovative ideas to conduct activities for our employees. We are total of 30 employees and it has to be an day activity. Could any one please give me suggestions and ideas to this related topic ASAP.

Dear Archana,
You can proceed for Sports & Cutural activities. If your company inviting the employees family then you have option for Children run race, competition like one mintue games ( Sari wearing, Biscuit eating etc...), Spoon race, Tug of war & lot of other things.
Lucky draw coupon & tambola you can also arrange..
