Step 1 : Please Understand the Process
Step 2 : Prepare Process Wise Manpower Requirement / Plan
Step 3 : Requirement / Plan Compare with Actual
Step 4 : Your manpower usage compare with requirement if excess you have to reduce manning stage wise, if shortfall you need to be increase.
