Dear Sir, Recently one candidate has been resigned from my organization.
But due to COVID-19 we cannot able to release F & F bcz of lockdown.
I need to draft mail to him saying that, after the NOC and return of company property, we are able to do that.

Dear Sharath,
You have not given complete information. Due to the national lockdown, are the employees of your company working from home? Or is it that the work has come to standstill completely?
If the employees are working from home then the clause of the notice period in his appointment letter becomes applicable. If the work has come to complete standstill then there will be a lockdown for the notice period also. In such a case, the notice period will commence on the resumption of the normal duties of all the staff of the company.
Draft of the letter cannot be provided unless there is clarity on the above.
