Your query is vague and in what context you had raised it is not understood. Are you a student or professional?
To measure the organisational performance, you may refer the various financial ratios. There are large number of oganisational ratios, however, their applicability needs to be assessed depending on the nature of the industry. The ratios are divided into the following categories:
a) Per Share Ratios
b) Profitability Ratios
c) Liquidity Ratios
d) Valuation Ratios
The ratios help us to compare one company with the another in the same industry.

thank you for your reply. I'm a student and as of now based on readings, there r 2 concepts to organizational performance measurements; the objective and subjective measurements. I'm developing the subjective measurements which are non-financial related.
