My company i am having two factories at two different places in Chennai. Do we require different standing orders or one is sufficient.

If the combined manpower of both the factories (all inclusive) equals or exceeds manpower applicability for standing orders act in TN then the act is applicable to you.
In such case TN model standing orders will be applicable to both the factories. You are perhaps mixing up with model & certified standing orders. It is not mandatory to get your standing orders certified.

You have to apply for Certification of Standing Orders to Deputy Labour Commissioner.After Certification, the same will be applicable to your Second Factory also.In the Draft you have to mention that it will be applicable to your other Factories situated in------------mentioning the places.
