Hi,
I have pursued MBA (HRM) ,I want to join some good Organization or
MNCs as HR executive, so how should I prepare for the interview and
also what is the process of selection,and rounds of interview?

It's Nice to meet u
We both are in same track
well.... u should not lose Ur confident first then should have grip in HR basics. when coming to interview rounds will b three as of my knowledge 1 written test/(GD) 2. Technical round ( It is to know ur Subject knowledge)
3. Personal interview. As of my knowledge this are the rounds

Hi Neeru,
First you have to insure that you are selected for the interview...for this you have to make good resume which brake the clutter for you...if required take the help of professionals...2nd apply for more job..Use your contact and networks. It will increase your probability of interview.......then you will get chance for showing what you have...knowledge, skills etc......internet is full of information of DO's and Don’ts for getting job.....it's all theoretical gyan ..Practically more interview you give more you will gain...and reach where you want to be....
Discipline, hard work and passions are the key...Best of luck...

Hi Neerja,
As rightly said, first you'll have to have a professionally created resume with you.
Second, prepare yourself for certain analytical & personality test as lot of companies would conduct such tests regardless of which discipline you come from.

I got a HR interview next Tuesday from one of my dream hotel. Some nervous about the written test with 2-3 hours. I don’t know what kind of test?
