Dear Seniors,
I am a 6 years experienced HR person having in Generalist experience. Presently for the past 10 Months i am working as Assistant Manager - HR in large volume organisation. But now my i would like to see myself into senior position as Manager -HR.
But i always feel like to become Manager i should have lot of Managerial skills and subject knowledge. I am confident in Recruitment,Attendance Management,Payroll ,knows performance Management but there are many areas like training,IR,Welfare these areas i havnt worked.
What are the steps i should do to improve myself in communication as well managing people.
Presently where i am working i am facing so many problems with team members. not because they are not working it is because they are over smart.
I shared my position. please suggest what should i do

It is good that you have handful experience, but sorry to say to become a HR Manager skills and knowledge not only help, managing a team is must needed skill.

This you should know how to handle to became a manager specially in HR you will be very smart than others.
