1. For POSH IC Committee, can the Presiding Officer / Chairperson be a Male employee from a senior level internally from the organization? We have constituted 5 employees in the team and 3 are mid-level females and 2 senior-level males. All are our employees, we haven't involved any female from NGO / social worker.
Is it mandatory to involve any social worker/member from NGO.
Also, where to submit the Annual Report of POSH? is it @Collector Office, Bandra? My corporate office is at Goregaon East.
(We have not faced any complaints from any employee with regards to Harassment, we are doing this just to comply with the POSH Law.)
2. Where to Submit the Annual Return (Form R) under Maharashtra Shops & establishment Act? it is Offline right?
Please solve the above queries urgently.

The presiding officer has to be a senior level female employee
Further, having all the 3 members as mid-level and the male members are senior level is a bad idea. You must remember that in case of any problem, the constitution of the committee being unfriendly to female complainants, the company will face a lot of problems.
It is a good idea to have an external member. I believe it is a legal requirements.

I have one query relating to Annual Return Filing for SHOR. From Last 2 months, I have been trying to file the return but unable to do so, as the website window was not showing the required FY-2021-22 for e-filling. And Now, It is showing " The S.H.O.R application is no longer operational. You may use any of the following applications to register your grievance.
