Hi All, If anyone provide me how to write a letter for voluntary PF registration to the Provident Fund Commissioner. Best regards, SandhyaRani.

Ther is no need to write for voluntary coverage. Nowadays folowing forms are required to be fiulledup and submitted and your establishment is covered by the authorities within one month.
There is a Business Establishment Registration form, available with PF Office- to be filled up
A undertaking from employees for valuntary coverage is supplied by PF Office- to be filled up.
Annexures/documents asked for along with business regn. form are to be submitted.
If you cann't get this form write to me on I can sent you scanned copy.

I tries to PF office, hence they told that they dont have any format for Voluntary PF registration, so please any one send the attachment with the sample letter

I want to know the description of letter regarding voluntary PF. If I am write anything wrongly, they will reject. So that Please send any of your format letter which includes the description as"We request you to provide voluntary Provident Fund Registration from our concern and also have been attached herewith following documents:
1.First Invoice.
2. Service Tax registration copy,
3. List of Directors,
4. Authorised Signatory
5. Salary Statement
