We don't have fixed percentage for increment slabs yet as per current market standard. Kindly guide me how can i set the percentage for increment in yearly basis, for It engineers in the basis of sr. to jr. level.

According to Hindustan-times, the Indian firms give average salary hike of 7.7% .In that different sectors like e-commerce and venture capital firms give hike of 10.1% , high tech companies give hike of 9.7% , entertainment and gaming industry give hike of 8.1% and information technology enabled services give hike of 8.8%.
