I havent got my full and final settlement despite 3 Long years. could anyone help me out, how can i get my FFS done . A brief background of what happend. I was a RSM for a pharmaceutical company which was started in 2006 and i joined in 2007. After 15 months of working i quit. I had even served 1 month notice period as specified in the contract of appointment But my 1 Month salary and three months Travel expenses, Pending LTA & medical allowances are not yet settled. Whenever i approach i get a casual answer of we are in some trouble and they just let me go. Pls suggest me on how can i go ahead and get the things done. I am having nearly 1 lac pending and i cannot let it go. Plz suggest......
