Our company is a joint venture group (50 : 50) with a participation from abroad.
In this connection, the foreign company want it sent its persons to india to advise us. They will be coming under business / work visa and will stay for longer periods.

what are the formalities to be completed by them IN INDIA AND ABROAD . THE COMPLETE FORMALITIES TO FULFILL TO GET VISA FOR THEM FROM ABROAD AND THE STAY FORMALITIES IN INDIA FOR TWO YEARS.
The salary for them will be paid by the joint venture in Europe.
Please help me on this matter or please give some consultants name.

Hi Suresh
THere are lots of formalities in India while coming to India on working visa they need to take approval from FRRO with in 14 days which is controlled by Ministry of home affairs.

Hi Suresh,
This should be carefully done and employee may face legal actions if not done propoerly.There are lot of formalities as under.
1) FEMA
2) PF
3) Income Tax
4) Intercopmany charge
5) PE issues (permenent establishment)
6) VISA
It is better to hire professional consultants like E&Y, PWC etc.
