I am to offer a joint venture proposal to run a school where in I can offer my skills, experience etc to run the school and take total responsibility of academic, branding, quality education, recruitment, training, affiliation, setting standard etc and the other party takes care of infrastructure other assets. In the proposal i need to write vision, mission, what I can offer and what I expect from the other party and what % of share should I get.
Plz help me with a sample format so that I win this proposal.

You are preparing a business plan and looks like you are raising a Co-founder or an investor to your firm. Please quantify the impact that would be created by the skills and experience that you are offering. Your value would come from those projections. The calculations would be exactly what you have seen as the earnings.
