This position is for managing the entire spectrum of T&D initiatives for TiG Gloabl's clients in India and overseas. The incumbent will have to station at Middle East for an year as a part of the service delivery
This position will act as the subject matter expert in delivering T&D projects for TiG Global
Education & Experience
MBA or PhD from a reputed university with over 10 years experience in designing and delivery of training programs for various levels. The candidate is expected to deliver softksills training programs and leadership programs as well wherever possible.
Skills & Knowledge
Training Need identification and analysis
Preparation of training calendar and process
Training program design and modules preparation
Imparting training programs(self and through vendors)
Training impact analysis/Training program evaluation
Ability to creatively think and deliver as individual as well as managing a team
Ability to impact & influence the leadership team and provide coaching
Training program methodology and process improvements
