Sales Team Incentive Policy
Objective:
The objective of this incentive policy is to recognize and reward outstanding performance by our sales team members. By providing incentives, we aim to motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed their targets, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Eligibility:
All members of the sales team are eligible to participate in the incentive program.
Performance Metrics:
The performance of the sales team will be evaluated based on the following metrics:

Incentive Structure:

Performance Bonus: Exceptional performance over a quarter will be rewarded with a performance bonus. The bonus amount will be determined based on overall sales performance, room occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Annual Sales Incentive: At the end of each fiscal year, sales team members who have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the year will be eligible for an annual sales incentive. The incentive amount will be based on overall sales performance, contribution to the hotel's success, and customer satisfaction scores.
Administration:
Incentives will be calculated and disbursed by the HR department in coordination with the sales manager.
Incentive calculations will be based on accurate and verifiable performance data.
Any disputes regarding incentive calculations or eligibility will be resolved by the HR department in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Communication:
