Leave are basically ( CL (casual Leave ), PL(Privilege Leave, SL,(Sick Leave)
above leave as per HR policy in some companies are providing leaves as follows:
CL : 20/Year
PL: 40/Year
SL:20/Year

Pls clarify for which type of industry you are working. Whether you are working under the Factories Act ,or Shops & Establishment Act .Moreover , each organisation have their own standing orders which stipulates their own leaves.
