Please do help me on the below queries at the earliest possible.
1) Would it be possible, to shift PF basic from actuals to minimum basic of Rs. 15,000 on employee request?
2) Can this request be considered in mid of the financial year?
3) What are the statutory obligations of the employer related to EPFO dept. to perform in assisting employee interest of switching PF basic?
4) Can we show employer contribution of 13.01% in employee CTC structure in Offer letter or only 12% we can show?
