Under ESI, One of our woman employee (Married) wants to get e-Pehchan Card.
Already her husband is working in other company. And he is having ESI e-Pehchan Card excluding her name.
She is pregnant and wants to get ESI Card for availing Maternity leave and Maternity Purpose. She is eligible for Maternity benefit under ESI.
(i) Shall we provide e-Pehchan Card to herself only
[OR]
(ii) Shall we provide e-Pehchan Card to herself and her husband only.
[OR]
(iii) Shall we provide e-Pehchan Card to herself, her husband and her parents (her father and her mother) only
[OR]
(iv) Shall we ask her to enroll her name along with her husband ESI e-Pehchan Card. But her husband is not our employee. She is only our employee.
Who are the family members eligible to include in her ESI e-Pehchan Card.
May Family members name (Same name) exist/reflect in two various e-Pehchan Card.

Hi Thirumurugan, You can provide her e-pehchan card to herself and her husband. No issue, If her husband also have ESIC card.
