Dear all,
Hi this is M.Vinay Kumar I have a query regarding PF to the employees.
Our organization comes under shops and establishment act and now my query is whether it is enough to give a Form 11 to the employees to whom we are not deducting PF amount and make them signature on the form 11 and putting a tick mark for the point "I have never been a member of any provident fund".
Please clarify on the same.
Awaiting for reply

Form 11 is required to be given to those new employees whose PF qualifying salary is not more than Rs 6500 and for others this form has no relevance because they are still covered by PF anyway.
