Hi all, Recently we have hired around 300 students from various colleges across India. Last year we faced a problem with students dropping out due to improper engagement. Can anyone suggest engagement activities for campus recruits?
We presently are sending regular updates about the company to all the campus hires and we would like to involve them in a fun activity like a virtual treasure hunt. Would appreciate if I could get some inputs here.
