I am attaching Maharashtra Factories (Occupational Safety & Health Audit) Rules 2011 notified by Government of Maharashtra on 31.12.2011 for your information. The Rules provide for third party compulsory safety audit for factories in the State.

Dear Mehta ji,
According to my knowledge the final draft of Notification on the said rules 2011 which was sent for publication in Gazette is not published yet. Therefore there is no question of you getting any hard copy of said rules in Market.
If I am wrong, the members of Forum can correct me.
