Dear Friends
I am told that the start up companies need not get registered with ESI and PF authorities for a certain period, say 2 or 3 years. This is to facilitate stabilization of operations. Is it correct? If so, where is the provision found? Kindly let me know. If the relevant information is already available kindly give me the link

Dear cs sastry ji,
What is told to you is totally wrong. There is no such provision provision in ESI and PF Act now. PF, earlier there was infancy period before 1997 but now it is a history. ESI, there was no such infancy period to my knowledge.
