Dear Karthigajothi,

The very first suggestion would be to learn how to raise a post on the public forum. I wish you had given us information about yourself. Confirm to us your educational qualification, the nature of your current job, the industry in which you work, your likes and dislikes and so on. Unless you provide us with sufficient, no credible suggestion can be given.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar

Hello,
Based on Thorndike, learning is phenomenon that grows associations between one events to another events which is called as stimulus (S) with respond (R). Stimulus is a changing of external environment that become sign to activate organism to react and act. And, respond is behavior that is raised by stimulus. So i would suggest you to follow the process of---"Learning by doing"

Hi,

The foremost & primary HR skill to improve is communication skill verbal and written. I would say communication skill as the backbone of HR. So focus towards it as number one skill.

Rest all skills you will gain through experience.

Rather than reading a book about recruitment get involved into recruitment activity practically which will help you to understand the nuances of recruitment.
