Hi i got job offer from one of the listed org.. but un fortunately before joining i recieved mail from their HRD that they are cancelling my Letter of Indent due to negative feedback/verification. On the basis of LOI i resigned from my previous organization after asking confirmation why they have taken such step they are not providing me any valuable reason as i dont think there is any rule that an employer can cancell LOI if verification is issue they would have done earlier thats totaly their fault i think so ... please advice.

Kindly, suggest the procedure. my question is, since it has been four years will it be a problem to withdraw PF?
