As per the instructions of the Factory Act in Haryana, I require the following forms/registers:
1. Accident and dangerous occurrence register.
2. Compensatory holiday register (Form 9).
3. Leave with wages register (Form ???).
4. Overtime muster roll register (Form 10).
5. Inspection book.
6. Leave book (Form No. 15).
7. Annual return of accidents (Form No. 31).
I have all the form formats but am facing issues with filling them out. Could anyone assist me with filling out these forms? If you have samples of these forms that have been filled out, please send them to me.
