This is Faiyaz from Jamshedpur city at Jharkhand. Here am setup a small unit of women's undergarment. The requisite machinery has been installed. Am already complete the trail run also and result was came good. Now the manpower is big problem at Jharkhand for garments. Will anyone suggest me whether am going to take experience worker from different states or developed / trained any new person who has belongs to Jharkhand.

Even you can calculate Manpower requirement by your self like, to handle one such machine how many resources you needed, if relevant experience then how many and if fresher then how many...
I can say you that you calculate experience resources 1:2, means 1 experience resource is equal to 2 fresher resources.
I suggest you to go for experience resources first becoz you are in the initial stage and new to market, experiences resources can support you in terms of productive out flow and handling some issues were as fresher resources cannot do due to lack of experience’s…
Once you capture the market then you can hire fresher resources.
