Hi Friends,
I need guidence on the below issue -
We are a manufacturing company in Pune having our own plant. One of our customer have put up a plant in Chakan and giving us a part of their plant on lease, where we will carry out fabrication jobs on labour charges, wherein everything, including consumables will be provided by the customer.
Please let me know –
1. Do we have to have our own factory license ? If yes, what is the procedure ?
2. Do we have to apply for DIC registration, and if yes, what is the procedure for a new plant ?
3. Can we use the existing Service Tax Registration ?
4. Do we have to apply for MPCB consent ? If yes, what is the procedure ?
5. Does this area come under ESIC, or do we have to arrange for WC policy ?
6. As we will be appointing a sub-contractor, PF / MLWF will be arranged by them, and it will be our lookout that the workers are covered under ESIC or WC / PF, etc.
7. What is the procedure for contract labour license ?
Please help me in this.
