I got the offer to join Accenture. This is my 3rd company from 2009. I have all the documents pertaining to my education and employment. I joined logica in 2010, and for the first 10 months, I was in contract and then moved to logica. That contractor was datacore. I have provided the offer letter with salary, deputation letter and the service letter for that 10 months and also the offer letter provided by the logica. I don't have the payslip alone for that contractor and the verification is not complete for that 10 months as datacore is not having the employee details.
Because of this, my joining date is not confirmed. As I don't have payslip, I have provided the bank statement, showing the salary. But the accenture HR is again asking for the datacore people to complete the verification. When I said that the datacore doesn't have the old details( I went to datacore personally for verification), still the HR is asking for verification. Please assist me in proceeding with this. I have resigned based on this offer and my joining date was in 5th March, but not joined yet because of this.
