A variable pay is that which is paid to the employee as a compensation compared to the salary and the variable pay changes according to the employee performance which can be paid in propotions as well.

I want to say that does the salary structure is same in all sectores? Like IT Sector, Manufacturing Sector, Service sector, FMCG sector etc.
yet another confusion is that is there any governing body to regulate the variable salary structure?
