Hello, In our company, from now onwards, management has decided to give task for the month, department wise and also HoDs has to give their task.
I have also initially planned my task for July month under HR & Admin. Initially, I have planned as under, Training & Development, to have a Meeting with all Department Hods and discuss how to Improve current working pattern to a better one. Also, would be conducting a common meeting for problem-solving, daily/weekly or monthly.
Now, to start with, I need to design a questionnaire, on that basis only I would be meeting HoDs and their departments' staff so that what better and best we can bring into our working style from the current one. Kindly suggest some questionnaires or some format start with.
