Tata Institute of Social Sciences a deemed University has established a School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE) in December 2011 with a focus to deliver Work Integrated Training Programs across various vertical domains. Xalence has established a relationship with TISS as a Training Hub for the HR & Sales Verticals in Chennai. Through this relationship, Xalence is offering the following programs:
1.) B.Voc (Sales) a 3 year degree program that is targeted at Sales Professionals who have completed their 12th and working in the sales profession
2.) Post Graduate Diploma in Sales a 1 year program that is targeted at professionals in the Sales field who have completed an undergraduate degree
3.) Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Office Administration a 1 year program that is targeted at professionals in the HR and Administration function.
Short Skill programs in HR & Sales
The theoretical segment of the course work for these programs are delivered on a part time basis (Mornings/Evenings/ Weekends) and the practical aspect of the training would be managed by the organizations where the professionals are employed. The Degree/ Diploma/ Certificates are awarded by TISS in its capacity as a Deemed University.
The B.Voc (Sales), PG Diploma Program in Sales, PG Diploma Program in HR & Administration will commence in July 2015. The programs are extremely affordable and fees can be paid on a monthly basis as well making it convenient to the students.
