Dear Yamini
Please list out your regular activities. Morning working start hr +1 hr _______ task 1
next 1 hr ______ task 2 then next till lunch session _______ task. Keep the interesting task after lunch session, so that you need not feel bored and you can do it even if you feel drowsy.
So plan as per your interest and go ahead. Let it be wrong. Only those whoever doing work can commit mistakes. An Idle person without any work cannot commit any mistake even if he wishes to do also.
Always do mistake, but do not repeat the same mistake. Whenever you are doing some mistake, get the learnings from the mistake. One fine day you will become perfectionist. Try to do new mistakes. Your knowledge of wisdom will widespread.
With warm regards

Hi Yamini,
I would suggest, you should start with making an organisational chart for your firm which will help you in understanding company's current hierarchy, gaps (positions need to be filled), grades and designations etc.
after that you can understand about the methods for leave and attendance and also about the leave policies.
Try to gather as much data as you can, try to understand functioning of your company, ask question to the person whom you are reporting to. gradually you will have a clear idea that what is your company all about.
Then you can switch on understanding the type of employees working like their qualification, designation, etc.
After a fair understanding try to create an employee handbook wherein you will put all the data regarding your company, the rules for employment, the leave policies, etc.
I hope this will help you..
good luck...

I was really very nervous..but your guidance will definately make my HR world beautiful.. :)
I will definately keep your words in my mind...and never get nervous again in future..bcoz I know you all are always here to guide me.
I have one more doubt that... as the company is new and also I am a new HR Executive of the company...Is it required to give any sort of motivational guidance to my team...via emails or ppts?
Please suggest.
Thanks Again..!!
