It varies from company to company..
Generally minimum starts from 30% and it goes upto 50 or even 60%..
The best would be between 30 - 40%..

Hi,
You have mention that employee contribution toward PF is 12% of Total basic and employee contribution 13.61%.
But if I am not wrong then employee and employer contribution toward PF is same. istead if employee wants then he can increase his contribution toward PF.

Dear Vijay, Greetings! I am in to outsourcing Company, we used to deduct 13.61% PF. As of PF it is 12% only. Hope it clarifies ur doubt. Rgds, John N

You have not mentioned type of organisation. Find out whether your organisation comes under the purview of Factory or Establishment?. You have to follow the procedure laid in the relevant provisions under the Act. Further, take all the content in the forms prescribed in the Acts and if you want to add anything more than extra fields, you have to take prior approval from the authorities.
