You can go for self develpment programme in which you can cover topics such as what are the strength required for self development, personality development, Leadership, behaviour management at shopfloor.
2. you can also conduct training on need of the organisation in which u can cover topics such as organisation vision, mission, philosophy, management expectation, ontime production.
3. you can also go for training on 5's, kaizen, safety related training as per the need of the organisation, technical training.
You can download such topics from the same site.

Hi Madri,
I would suggest to indentify the Training Needs for your Shop floor employees. Just do not go for training for sake of it. You can conduct survey of your employees, may be with the help of MBA student and then based on the inputs you can arrange training.
