Sahil,
I had a look at your CV and would like to offer a couple of comments.
1. With work experience, you should list the companies you have worked for and dates, and with each, a couple of bullet points detailing your duties there.
2. Move the hobbies to the last page. Critical information only should be on page 1 as that is read more closely.
3. Beef up your strengths. I am sure you have more than 4!
4. Check your formatting. You have inconsistencies with headings, some in Caps, some underlined, different font sizes. Also use TABS when spacing information across the page, such as at the top of page 1 with your address and phone numbers etc. and at the end with personal info. If you use spaces, it will not print correctly and look bad when the prospective employer prints it out for the interview.
I am not meaning to be picky, but your CV is a very important document and a key to your future. It needs to be as good as you can make it.
Hope that helps.

Hi Sahil,
It looks ok, however, there are some formatting issues with Tabs in a couple of places, eg Work Profile/Contribution and Interests. You need to fix those.
Change the font for your name at the top. Fancy fonts don't really work. Better to have your name in a clear, easy to read format, after all your name is your MOST important asset!!!
I don't think you need the name of the Company Secretary in your CV. Just refer to him as the Company Secretary. That is sufficient.
I would try and simply your objective and use simple words. It is too wordy and a bit "over the top" so to speak. If this resume is to progress your career towards Company Secretary, maybe try to focus on that.
Hope that helps.

Krupa,

Sorry to read that you have problems. However, there is plenty of help to be had here at CiteHR.

I would suggest that you first take some time to sort out where you are in your HR process and make a list of the things that need immediate attention.

Then one by one, key some key words into the reSearch box at the top of the page. For example if you need information about PF or Leave or something like that. There is a wealth of material already posted here by other CiteHR members and you are likely to find answers to many of your questions.

If, after that, you still have a question, then come back to the forum and ask the question, but please give as much information as you can. Members cannot help you if your request is vague or not thought through.

You also say that you are working as an Assistant HR Manager, that implies that there is a HR Manager above you. Why is he not able to help you with your questions?

It may also help you to make contact with other HR professionals in your town or city and they may be able assist you with answers to general questions, and help alleviate some of your stress.

Hope that helps.
