Hi,
This is kind of tricky one I guess, my friend is going to join the new organization. The organization he is leaving is providing him with the reliving letter & exp. certificate but he doesn't have the exp. letter of the organization he has worked before the current organization, as his current employer didn't asked for it. Now, this new company wants the experience letter of the current as well as for the later one also. So, he is going to provide a fake one.
shall he go ahead and provide it.

if the company do background checks your friend would definitely be in trouble!! my sincere advice don't provide a fake one!! instead try to get it from the prev. employer!! it is mandatory for the employers to provide exp. certificate.

Certainly im agree with Vjsarathy, ask your friend to get this certificate from his past employers..or if he dont want your advice let him do whatever he want to do...but as a friends its your duty to advice him..thats it...

Can\'t he go to the previous company and ask for an experience letter? Better yet, he should write one up, entering all his job responsibilities and qualities and take it to the former employer (the one whose experience letter he doesn\'t have) and get it signed.

Dear Hunter12345,

First i would like to appreciate your efforts.I am glad atleast you are fighting.

Lets come to your point,

First let us see what software companies can do and what they can't do with employee with fake letters.

National Association of Software and Services Companies(NASSCOM) is the biggest organization of the Govt of India to govern all those things .They have a database called defaulter database .Any company can provide necessary documents for updating defaulter name to the database. It requires loads of evidence. Then if proven then one letter will be issue to the defaulter regarding this that they have been blacklisted, and there name is updated in database.

For example:

Infosys every year kick off 10-15 percent employees due to fake letters, but they hardly taken any action till yet.Maximum what they have done is that the person would not be able apply in Infosys again.

Now come to your case:

If your uncle has a registered firm in London or anywhere and he is giving you experience then no none in the world can prove it wrong.Mark my Word if he has a registered firm and he is ready to verify your certificates then you dont need to afraid at all.

You have cleared interview, you deserve it.Dont wory at all chill :):)
