I have just joined a company in december. Now the situation is that I have to leave the company due to some family problems. I have talked to HR personal here but she told me that I will blacklisted from company because I am leaving in just 1 month. Can anyone tell me, is my case will taken in blacklisting? There is clearly written on the offer letter that anyone can leave after putting 1 month notice or 1 month basic in lieu of notice period. I am ready to pay one month of basic even I have not received even my first salary.
Kindly suggest me.

Some companies use to frame their HR policy is such a manner that if an employee leaves the company then he/she will be blacklisted and will never be back to the company again. As far my knowledge goes TCS , TELCO, TATA MOTORS are among them.
On the otherside there are some companies nowadays recruiting Ex-employees who have left the companies earlier.. like ONGC, GAIL, NTPC etc...
As u mentioned u have not received ur first salary and u have ur family problem, its better to talk with HR and take some time/leave to solve ur family problem (if it is possible in few days/month) since when she (hr) is informing abut blacklisting then it may be possible that she ask mgnt. for some relief for ur case...
otherwise i do not think company like TCS thinks about 1 month notice pay, u can anytime leave TCS by paying 1 month notice pay.

I think there's some missing link in what you mentioned.
Even though companies like TCS have a blacklisting policy--whether explicit or implicit--I don't think any company would go that extent without any very concrete/specific reason(s)--and especially in the circumstances you mentioned.
If what you mentioned is true & COMPLETE, looks like you haven't conveyed your problem very clearly to the HR. Frankly, in fact, I suspect the worst-case scenario: your reason of family problem seems to have created a suspicion that you are only giving an alibi. Have you shown any evidence or at least given the details to HR?
In the given situation, you need to discuss threadbare with HR. Else things could only get more complicated.
One option is what Jawed Alam suggested--ask for time/leave to solve your problems. If need be, be prepared to give some sort of an undertaking.

Even though the company has not alotted the project to you, they have incurred a training cost on you. However, if the policy says that anyone can leave given a month's notice period and if you have done that, I don't think this must be a problem for you but some companies don't relieve their employees so easily since they don't find the replacement so easily. You can explain to your HR that you will leave when they find a substitute for you. By the time, work out a plan where you can tackle your family issues for some more time. Be polite with your HR. They are there to solve employee grievances and not harm your career. To convince your HR depends on your skills. Use the best of it. Explain in such a way that she really understands your problem. Be as transparent as possible.

Blacklist is an internal policy independent of notice or employment terms. They are perfectly valid. Since they are used for internal purpose of deciding whether they will employ you in future, you can not claim it harms your career.
In any case, the blacklist is correct. While my firm does not have a blacklist, we also do not rehire anyone who leaves after a short stint. The recruitment costs are high and opportunity costs even higher. Do you think the company will bother to spend expensive time of recruitment team and functional managers on interview again after you wasted their time the first round by leaving within a month. Your leaving could skew their manpower planning.
That said, tcs is a very employee centric company. If you had valid reasons and asked for time off or delayed join time, it would be granted. If these are predictable reasons, on the other hand, you should not have taken the job.
(my cousin was given close to 1 month paid leave to attend her mother in hospital within a quarter of joining her new job - not in tcs though)

what about overtime pay to worker. I have pay for wages Only Working day for company and P.f Deduction only W.Days. i am not Deduct P.f W/Off payment Or OT so i a have request to suggestion me what is the OT. Management not approve leave for worker More than working 1 Year.

IF you are leaving a company with proper notice they can not blacklist you,
this may be to make you stay in company . is she has recruited you in company . if she is your recruiter then she will be asked for the reason on such hire.
if she is not your recruiter then have a solution oriented talk with her and understand the problem from them and come to any conclusion.
is work from home is possible for you then put it across with them,
