Please friends
We must encourage the person posting on it. If you feel someone is doing some grammatical mistakes or spelling mistakes please point out it without hurting them.
One should not feel that guilty feeling for silly spelling mistakes. You must see only whether the subject material is conveyed or not. If the meaning of the opponent is conveyed then the grammar and spelling mistakes are starting from which point.
Due to these type of pointing out we are diluting the issues and the correct results are not getting derived.
Please ignore some spelling mistakes and some grammatical mistakes too.
If you can, please help Yug prahari otherwise do not comment unnecessarily,
Please do not comment only to increase your toll.

As other members have pointed out, HR is a huge topic and covers many many different things.
You need to start by going to the library and finding some general HR texts to gain a general overview.
Once you have this overview, then you can drill down into the various topics you need to study.
From there you can check the library for specific books on those topics.
You can also use the Research Box at the top of every page here in CiteHR to search for information on the various topics.
Google will also provide you with a wealth of knowledge.
If you hope to be successful in your studies, you might first start by learning some basic research techniques. That will stand you in good stead for your future career in HR.

Hi varsha and All,
Sorry for my spelling mistakes and sentence formations. Actually I have written those lines in hurry when I am about to log out. Just I have written those lines only with one thought of helping yug prahari. So without knowing me they were some mistakes.I am sorry for that friends. And Please, as others said conveying information is better than pointing out. So i request rather than pointing out, help them by sharing some information.
Thank you all, for your valuable comments.
