The first thing is that you need to ask this question yourself.
Second, how do we know about your this opportunity that you have offered by a company until you share your qualification, experience and company details? Think about it and if you would like, please share and enable us to say appropriately.
However, one thing I certainly would like to say that you must understand the demand of your career and related the opportunities yourself first because you are the one who knows about you and your career goals/targets and achievements so far.
If you are a beginner and have not much experience (less or 1+), you need to concentrate on your learning. See what a beginner needs to do at this stage of career is to learn as much as possible. LEARNING is important to set a good base that helps to move forward in career in a right way and that needs stability too, which means a good and continues working period. The more you will learn, the more you will gain experience and batter understanding of your functions, which will boost your confidence and give you more good opportunities in career.

Dear Anil,
The JD sums up most of the areas of HR Generalist. You may face limitation in terms of working environment. However, this is a good experience to start with. Even if you are aiming to work in a different sector, a generalist experience will give you a holistic view. Hence, prepare you better. This will prepare you for both the sectors including Service and Manufacturing.
Stay focussed in managing HR and brushing up your people skills. You will manage a heterogeneous group of talent. You will have Marketing team managing Business account and workers too.
This should be an interesting experience, the bigger the difference in the talent groups, the higher the challenge would be to synergise them.
Legal and statutory areas , is your another area for opportunity.
What is the next sector that you are looking forward to work in ?

Dear (Cite Contribution),
Thank you for your valuable inputs. earlier i worked in MNC(Engineering company) which is in
Oil&Gas Sector. it was 7 months contract basis. contract got ended and i joined in this company( Automobile servicing).
will you recommend me to work here as a HR executive? and their HR Processess are not at all standardized. i found that my superiors are also not having relavant experience in HR field. they are just there to run the HR Show and poor work environment. as a begineer i don't have specific filed choices, but i am looking for a good environment where i can learn and grow which is lacking in current company. kindly guide me.
Thanks and Regards,
Anil.

Dear Anil,
You had a considerably good experience. Even a contractual employment with such an Engineering firm adds a great value to your firm. What are the other options that you can explore ? Please consider this role in the Automobile Sector, as an option, unless you find the job where you would want to work for a longer duration. This role might not be a value-add. However, avoid creating a gap in your employment. Use your experience from the Engineering firm to get placed. I am sure you have already found mentors there. Even if they cant help you get your contract extended, their recommendations will help you build a credible experience.
Wish you all the best!
