This is clearly important to understand, that employees take a privilege working in a certain company, now the company has to keep to the expectations of the employees by creating an utmost working environment. Even if we have a headcount of 5 members, we should have team building activities, counseling sessions, winnings lunches to keep a good flow of communication.
