I hope when you mean Freelancers - they may be on retainer-ship basis / visiting for a particular cause for a specified period.
You need not put entire employment clauses as full time employees. However, clauses in relation with their work need to be there e.g. visit days or minimum attendance required in a month, leave facility (if company allows), monthly pay, period of contract / assignment, reporting to whom, facilities they are eligible for etc.
