Hi,
This is very basic. Please provide copies of your Aadhar/PAN/Driving License/Voter ID.
Additionally, we will need your UAN card, relieving order from your past company, and copies of your SSLC/HSC/Diploma/Degree certificates, whichever is applicable.
If applicable, please also provide your old office ESI number.

1. Full KYC details along with bank details if needed
2. Photograph
3. Reference/Emergency contact numbers
4. Educational certificates
5. Compliance details if needed
6. Medical fitness/test details if medical examination is required.
You may create a joining checklist that could be helpful in this regard.
