HR's Joining Kit may consist of:
1. PF/ESIC/Gratuity/Medical insurance registration/nomination forms.
2. Employee Induction form/format.
3. Job Description of the newly joined employee.
4. Brochure/any literature regarding a brief introduction to the company.
5. Attendance swipe card.
6. Notebook with a pen.
7. Lunch coupons.
8. Any other internal important forms/formats.

It may vary depending on the organization's requirements.

In addition to the above, you may consider the following as well:

1. Attestation Form: This form is being insisted upon by most Central Government offices, containing the name, address, date of birth, and other details of the incumbent employee to be attested by an officer of the state or central government, typically a Class I gazetted officer. This is to testify to his/her character and conduct. Some employers may require this form to be certified by the Head of the Institution or respected individuals such as doctors, bank managers, postmasters, etc. You may want to consider introducing a character verification certificate along these lines.

2. It is also important to have a medical certificate at the time of joining, especially for technical posts to ensure that the selected candidate is suitable for appointment, for roles such as in electrical, chemical industries, drivers, etc.

3. Required documents include Bank Account opening Form, Nomination forms for EPF and Gratuity, passport photos, family photos for IP cards for ESI membership.

4. Address and ID proofs are essential.

5. A copy of the experience/relieving letter from the previous employer.

6. Copies of educational qualifications, competency certificates, etc.
