How are defence personnel different from other civilians? Is 20+ years of military service functioning in HR and general computer environment OK for fetching a challenging and rewarding job ? What is the corporate world looking for ?

Dear Mr Krishna,
I did not understand your point clearly , whether you are curious to know How a defence personnel could be different from a civilian who had 20+ years of experience at his hand, I think he would be more humane and practical with strong and firm in his actions which will be well justified and within the framework of rules of his organisation. Highest level of integrity, loyalty and service before self, Teamwork, Leadership, Delivery, Dedication and sense of Belonging........these are built in traits, you could trace in any retired Personnel..........
I hope this bit of information will suffice your question.
Revert if you still desire some more information.

Ram Gupta
