Hi friends i was doing MBA from ICFAI,but had to discontinue there due to financial problems ,now i am planning to do the same again but from Symbiosis or Manipal University.I am now in a dillemma as Manipal provides a Degree and Symbiosis provides a Diploma,can anyone suggest which one would be better if ,at the time of looking for a job i have a 2 yrs HR experience certificate.
Does anyone know which of these has a better goodwill in the job sector. :?:

Diploma, it has its weightage
Further, they offer placements too

As i m pursuing MHRM degree in Pune and i have little exposure to mgmt. institute's weightage in terms of, quality of course curriculum & placement wise. As far as Symbiosis goes, it is a world known university and its courses are unique. Go for it.
