Driving the relationship with the recruitment Firms.
Ensuring the recruitment process is initiated and completed within the
SLA's.

Developing and implementing HR Policies and processes.
Designing, developing and implementing the Retention policies.
Formulating Compensation and Benefits policies.
Training
Identifying the training needs for the organization as a whole and
Various SBU's in specific (Technical and Soft skills).
Identify various training providers.
Developing Training modules.
Personal
Streamlining and updation of HRIS.
Hr Compliance.
Regular updation to the Senior Management team on the HR Policies and processes.
Admin and Travel
Overseeing the smooth functioning of the Admin and travel desk English, Hindi
Primary External Interactions –
Primary Internal Interactions- Recruitment firms, Academic Institutions, Trainers, D&B vendors (For Admin, Travel and Facility)
Senior Management, SBU Heads, Leaders of Support functions
Competencies
Qualification Post Graduate in Human Resources.
Experience 8- 10 years
