Begin with Pre-Employmnt Medical Examination for i) Fit For Employment Certificate; ii) Color Blind Eye Tests; iii) Medical Tests for Employees working in Industrial Canteen; iv) Assessment of Loss of Earning Capacity on the Anniversary of Injury Sustained in an Industrial Accident in course of and or Arisising out of Employment; v) Medical Tests in case an Employed Person continues to Be/Remain Unfit For Employment on account of Medical Reason etc; vi) Under Maternity Act; vii) In cases where an Employed Person Unauthorisedly Absents from Duty for longer period without submitting an Unfit-For-Duty Certificate or in case the Medical Certificate is without Regd No of theMedical Practioner
