Hi, On my ESIC form my first name is misspell by person in HR who fill the form.
I ask him for correction, but he said there is no issue as the number will be the same. I fulfill all the requirements which is need for the esic card like clicking the family photo.
Is there a way to correct the name and is there any issue in the future at the time of in case any claim?

Yadi aap ek baar esic number le lete hai to dobara aap naam ko modify nahi kar sakte hai...
haa apki es paristhiti mai aap apne HR department ko kahe ki vo apni officail id se ESIc mai nimn likhit address par es bare mai mail kare ..Esic apne It department yaa apne level par apke naam mai sansodhan kar degi.........

Yes, Name can't be change online in ESIC . You have to get the TIC and the letter which needs to be sign by authorized signatory on the letter head of the company . It needs to submit in the ESIC office and the name will be change in 2 weeks for sure.
I have handled such situations many times. This is the only way to do it.
