HI,

Its good plan of starting up one of the manpower consultancy but there are many small and major problems you have to face.

Investment:

--------------------

1.Are you ready to invest money in the market or to start the consultancy?

2.Is there any partner with you and had you made any agreement with the other party?

3.Right invest at right place.(consultancy location,Man power,job protals)

Network

-------------------

1.It depends on the network you hold with the clients and the cnadidates.

2.In the market there are many consultancies which are running only on the basis of their network at client place and the candidates.

3.Are you or your team good in head hunting.

Goodwill

-------------------

1.Are you having good rapport with the client?

2.Even you should have good rapport with the candidates.

I even have much more basis details which have to be taken care if you want to start the consultancy.

I am in a hurry now,i will put you a mail in this regards.

Bye
