I'am a fresher and iam working in wipro.Its been 5months iam working here.Noe i got a job somewhere else n iam joining that company as i want to work in that profile.I was trying to put resignation from last 3 weeks but therr eas some issue with my id due to which i was not able to do so.Now my joining in the new company is from 1 december but wipro have not relieved me.I have put in the resignation but eill not be able to serve the whole notice period so will it be considered as absconding?
And can i witjdraw my pf?
I don't need any experience letter from the company..just need my pf

Dear Surbhi,
You are not able to withdraw PF amount as you join new company on 1st December. Generally after relieving the job, there should be a minimum period of two months to claim the PF amount. You may transfer the amount to new service.

I know i may not be able to withdraw the pf but I wont be showing the experience letter of wipro in new company,still can i transfer the pf?

I think first thing you need to do is discuss this issue with your HR and see what suggestion he/she gives you.
